We will work together to resolve a pain that has been limiting your ability to exercise and/or enjoy activities and daily life. This can also be beneficial for those suffering from certain ailments, having trouble with weight loss, and/or working on behavioral change.

Beginning an Exercise Routine?
Having thoughts about exercise? Ready or deciding to begin making exercise a regular routine? Or, maybe been out of the game and feeling like you want to reintroduce exercise?
Recommended package:
16 sessions $800
24 sessions $1080
2X/wk for at least 2-3 months minimum is highly recommended. We will develop a plan of attack based on your personal goals. We will begin with two weeks of core stability training and learning fundamental movement patterns. Thereafter, a program will be developed that is specific to your needs.


Intermediate/Athletic goals?
Recommended package:
24 sessions $1080
32 sessions $1280
60 sessions $2100
or, single sessions for as long as desired
Hypertrophy goals? Strength goals? Long-term commitment? Need accountability? Sport performance goals? Other, but have been engaged in exercise for at least 1 year and not seeing results or need some extra help?
Lets Do This!! Progressive overload, solid technique, and a workable exercise program are absolutely necessary in order to see improvements within a reasonable timeframe.
